Position

Master and higher degree, specialties in image processing, pattern recognition and machine learning, work experiences for over 2 years and work experiences in adas/automatic driving preferred
1.Be familiar with any of detection, segmentation, classification, model compression and quantification in deep learning and have deep research in this field. 
2.Be able to change deep learning network and be familiar with strengths and weaknesses of lightweight network
3.Deeply know machine learning method and principle, be familiar with one or more deep learning frameworks, and have practical work experiences.
4.Be good at English reading, have better code habit and stronger algorithm reoccurrence capabilities
5.Be good at communication, deduction and evaluation, learning and teamwork.

1.Divide tasks of product requirement, analyze requirements of image processing algorithm, design and develop algorithms; 
2.Track the latest progress in a research direction of deep learning detection, segmentation and classification and optimize performance of adas related functions;
3.Apply and optimize pruning, compression and quantification algorithm in the  open source deep learning and apply algorithm model to adas products. 
4.Solve actual issues of adas embedded products by using image processing and computer vision knowledge (e.g. target distance measurement, Kalman filtering and tracking, etc.
5.Test and optimize designed algorithms and encapsulate and release interfaces
6.Optimize and upgrade existing model algorithms and image algorithms for existing software and hardware specification
7.Write, correct and change algorithm design report and release algorithm design report
